Base is seeking a Performance Video Editor to join our in-house marketing team. You will own paid social video editing from concept through iteration, finishing, and delivery, crafting hooks and narrative structures to drive measurable action across Meta, YouTube, and other platforms.

You'll work closely with Marketing to analyze performance, extract learnings, and quickly translate insights into new creative concepts.

Competenze

• Portfolio demonstrating paid social video editing for direct-response or customer-acquisition ads.
• Experience creating performance-driven creative for Meta/Instagram/Facebook/YouTube.
• Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, retention, storytelling, testing, and conversion-focused messaging.
• Ability to explain creative decisions and apply learnings from performance feedback.
• Willingness to capture simple footage when needed; extensive production experience not required.
