Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Performance Instructor (PI) as a DC Operations Team Member to serve as the primary department trainer. The role includes new hire training, best methods/function training, equipment training, and other duties assigned by the AOM and department Coach.

The PI will also perform normal on-standard functions or participate in special projects under DC leadership. The PI must be able to teach others and maintain a culture of safety to create a safe working

• Ability to teach others and maintain a culture of safety among Team Members to achieve a safe working environment.
• This role includes new hire training, best methods/job function training, equipment training, and other duties as assigned by the AOM and department Coach.

Responsibilities

• Provide new hire training and ongoing department training.
• Deliver best methods/job function training and equipment training.
• Perform normal on-standard functions or participate in assigned special projects under DC leadership.
• When performing normal duties, you will be eligible for the Performance Team Member Bonus.
• Other duties as assigned by AOM and department Coach.
