Job summary

The Lowe's Companies, Inc. performance training role seeks a capable PI to act as the primary department trainer for the DC Operations team.

You will deliver new hire training, process and function training, and equipment training under the direction of the AOM and department Coach. When not training, you will perform standard duties and may contribute to special projects, with eligibility for the Performance Team Member Bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to teach others and maintain a culture of safety.

Responsibilities

• Train new hires as the primary department trainer.
• Deliver best methods/job function and equipment training.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the AOM and department Coach.
