Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Ennis, TX is seeking a RDC Performance Instructor to serve as the primary department trainer in the distribution center. You will lead new-hire onboarding, methods training, equipment training, and safety coaching to sustain a culture of safe, efficient operations.

Additionally, you may participate in special projects and development toward a future Coach role, while functioning in standard DC duties and earning the Performance Team Member Bonus where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience training others.
• Experience operating forklifts and other power equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Proven safety record.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Availability to work varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead new hire and on-the-job training.
• Advise on best methods and safety practices.
• Support development path toward Coach.
