Job summary

Directio is seeking a Performance Test Engineer for a U.S. client in IT consulting and modernization for energy and utilities. The role focuses on integration, stress, load, regression, and performance testing to ensure production readiness of software and infrastructure.

You will design and execute test scripts, coordinate test coverage, and mentor team members, leveraging LoadRunner and Oracle-based systems (C2M/CC&B, Oracle DB, WebLogic, JVM) to validate performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on performance testing experience.
• Experience with LoadRunner for performance and load testing scenarios.
• Experience with Oracle C2M or CC&B in domain environments.
• Experience with Oracle DB and SQL tuning for performance.
• Experience with WebLogic and JVM performance tuning.
• Experience with batch and integration performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform integration, stress, load, regression, and performance testing to ensure production readiness of software and infrastructure.
• Provide performance testing support for software systems within the assigned business unit.
• Coordinate and execute creation of test cases, scripts, and performance test execution.
• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts validating project test plans.
• Perform automated load and performance testing across multiple messaging protocols.
• Track and communicate task progress and key performance metrics.
• Report defects identified during testing with proper documentation.
• Design, develop, and execute performance test cases and scripts while mentoring other team members.
