Key Responsibilities

• Execute detailed performance testing for complex software products
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans
• Identify, report, and track performance defects to resolution
• Collaborate with development and product teams to improve quality practicesParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives within the performance team
• Develop and enhance automated testing for CI/CD/CV pipelines

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development or performance testing
• Strong background in software performance assurance
