Job summary

DCCA, a veteran-owned IT services company based in Maryland, seeks a Performance Tester to lead end-to-end performance testing for enterprise applications. The role requires hands-on experience with LoadRunner, VuGen, and CI/CD pipelines, with collaboration across domain teams and developers.

Qualified candidates will have experience in load, stress, and scalability testing, and will contribute to continuous improvement of performance engineering practices within our CI/CD framework.

Qualifications

• Hands on experience with Micro Focus/OpenText LoadRunner and VuGen.
• Experience with Continuous Integration (Jenkins or similar tool) and Continuous Testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of performance tests for complex enterprise applications.
• Develop test scripts in VuGen and manage LoadRunner scenarios.
• Set up controllers and load generators to simulate thousands of virtual users.
• Analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations.
• Collaborate with domain teams, SMEs, and developers to improve performance engineering.
