Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation's Schwab Cybersecurity Services (SCS) IAM group seeks a QA Engineer focused on performance testing. The role contributes to test estimates, strategies, automation, and regression testing for large IAM platforms incl Provisioning, Directory Services, SSO, Analytics, API Management and Certifications.

You will join an Agile, collaborative team, work with onshore/offshore QA partners, and help ensure secure access controls, data integrity, and scalable testing practices

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related degree.
• 6-8 years of QA experience for enterprise apps including automated testing.
• 6+ years of performance testing with tools like JMeter/LoadRunner and script development.

Responsibilities

• Perform performance testing of platforms and applications.
• Contribute to test estimates, strategies and automation scripts.
• Triage defects, report results, and track issues through release readiness.
• Run and create automation scripts; participate in program/project levels.
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore QA teams and business partners.
• Support design reviews, requirements ambiguity, and root cause analysis.
