Job summary

REDLEO SOFTWARE INC. is seeking a Performance Test Engineer/QA for a 6+ month contract. The role is 100% remote from LATAM, with immediate interviews and good English communications required.

You will lead performance testing using LoadRunner Cloud, JMeter, BlazeMeter, and NeoLoad, implement chaos engineering practices, tune Java/Spring Boot apps, and automate CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of cloud platforms, containers, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner Cloud, JMeter, BlazeMeter, NeoLoad, or equivalent platforms.
• Hands-on experience with chaos engineering tools and practices, including Chaos Monkey, Chaos Mesh, or similar solutions.
• Strong understanding of Java and Spring Boot application performance tuning, including thread dump and heap analysis.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or similar technologies.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience creating dashboards and monitoring application performance using Grafana, Splunk, New Relic, or equivalent tools.
• Ability to automate performance engineering tasks, including shift-left testing and report generation, using AI-assisted workflows beyond basic prompting.
• Practical experience using MCP and integrating AI capabilities through CLI tools or VS Code.
• Experience automating CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket, Bamboo, Git, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Experience with service virtualization tools such as BlazeMeter, OpenText Service Virtualization, or equivalent platforms.
• Ability to write complex SQL and NoSQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
