Job summary

SIMOS is hiring a Performance Team Lead for a large distribution center in Adairsville, GA. You will coordinate associate activities in the production process and monitor performance, coaching team members to improve training, productivity, quality, safety, and attendance.

You will assist the Supervisor with daily/weekly work assignments for staff. The role requires strong leadership, ability to train new hires, and commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift 75 pounds.
• Background check and drug test required.
• On-site work at Lowes Adairsville, GA.
• Shift: Weekend Day, 5 AM–7 PM.

The ideal candidate will be committed to coaching team members and improving the worksite's training, productivity, quality, safety, and attendance. The Team Lead also assists the Supervisor with setting up daily/weekly work assignments for staff.
