Job summary

Ministry of Justice is seeking a Performance Analyst to support the North East Probation Service Performance Team. You will develop BI tools, create dashboards, and advise on performance issues. Collaborate with the Performance Manager and PQ staff to interpret requests and deliver accurate analysis.

The role focuses on data-driven quality improvement, reporting for SLA reviews, and training delivery to colleagues across LDU clusters.

Qualifications

• Experience of stakeholder management.
• Experience maintaining information & administrative systems including databases.
• Experience of quality systems and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject; Microsoft Office tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support Quality Improvement and Practice Development for Service Delivery.
• Assist in development of systems for reviewing and assessing effective practice in LDU clusters.
• Provide data and reports for SLA reviews and action logs.
• Develop tools to monitor compliance with quality systems.
• Share knowledge and best practices to inform service delivery improvements.
• Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders.
