Job summary

Provide CIC is seeking a Quality Performance Analyst to transform quality, safety, risk and experience data into timely information. You will deliver routine and ad hoc analyses, dashboards and scorecards to support service improvement and patient safety.

You will work with clinical and operational teams, commissioners and national reporting platforms, providing accurate reports and presentations while upholding data governance and confidentiality.

• Produce routine and ad hoc analyses, maintain reporting processes, and support risk/incident systems.
