Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

The Performance Program Manager will be responsible for building the operating rhythm that turns cross-functional performance data into routine management action. Reporting into Planning & Performance Management leadership, this role will partner with operational stakeholders across the business to define KPI-based performance routines, shepherd the creation of the underlying reports and dashboards, facilitate recurring review sessions, and support ad hoc analysis tied to escalations, root-cause work, and priority initiatives.

Success will be measured by whether the team has consistent, decision-oriented routines in place, whether reporting is timely and trusted, whether escalations and initiatives are supported with clear analysis, and whether leaders are using the routines to drive faster issue resolution and stronger cross-functional accountability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Partner with operational stakeholders across the business to define, build, and maintain KPI-based performance routines across key workflows and functions.
  • Stand up and facilitate weekly and monthly performance management routines that convert recurring misses, escalations, and operational trends into action, ownership, and follow-through.
  • Shepherd the creation, refinement, and standardization of reports, dashboards, scorecards, and recurring metrics needed to support operating reviews.
  • Prepare materials for recurring business reviews, structure issue discussions, capture actions, and follow up on commitments to support routine management discipline.
  • Support ad hoc analysis related to escalations, root-cause investigations, operational initiatives, and leadership priorities.
  • Translate fragmented operational information into clear management insight and decision support.
  • Help standardize KPI definitions, reporting logic, and data sources so stakeholders are working from consistent and trusted information.
  • Identify gaps in reporting, data quality, or management cadence and work with stakeholders to improve them.
  • Incorporate AI-enabled tools thoughtfully into analysis, reporting workflows, meeting preparation, and insight generation in ways that improve speed, quality, and consistency while maintaining sound judgment and data integrity.
  • Support leaders in moving from reactive issue handling to structured, data-backed performance management routines.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize data, identify patterns and trends, and communicate business implications clearly.
  • Experience building or supporting dashboards, scorecards, KPI reporting, and recurring business review materials.
  • Strong meeting facilitation and follow-up discipline, with the ability to help teams maintain action-oriented routines and clear accountability.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience working with BI and reporting tools.
  • Comfort working across multiple stakeholder groups and translating between operational teams and leadership needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings, frame issues, and summarize actions clearly.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and problem-solving ability in support of escalations, root-cause work, and priority initiatives.
  • Ability and willingness to incorporate AI-enabled tools into day-to-day work in a practical and responsible manner to improve analysis, reporting efficiency, and operating rigor.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or a related field required; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
  • 4+ years of experience in analytics, business operations, supply chain analysis, logistics analysis, or a related role.
  • Experience building or supporting dashboards, scorecards, KPI reporting, or recurring management review materials.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders in operations, logistics, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other reporting and query tools preferred.
  • Experience using modern productivity or AI-enabled tools to improve analysis, synthesis, reporting, or workflow efficiency is preferred.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee primarily works hybrid with regular interaction across operational teams.
  • The role may require time in warehouse, yard, or other operational environments as needed to investigate issues, support process changes, and align with stakeholders.
  • The noise level in the work environment will range from quiet to moderately loud depending on location.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
