About this role

Carrier Supply Chain at the world headquarters in Palm Beach Gardens has a position for a Program Manager – Supply Chain Performance Governance available. Take responsibility for developing and implementing effective strategies and processes to manage supply chain performance and ensure operational excellence. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive performance improvements, establish governance frameworks, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve organizational goals. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a results‑oriented professional with strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

This is an onsite role in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Supply Chain leaders on defining and cascading goals, metrics, and targets
• Establish and oversee performance cadence review process i.e. stakeholder, KPIs follow‑up, action plan, and reporting
• Prepare performance review meeting minutes
• Accountable for process maturity for all KPIs
• Drive process improvements in collecting data, analyzing, tracking actions, and reporting
• Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 years plus experience in performance management for an industrial supply chain organization
