Job summary

RJW Transport, Inc. in the United States seeks a Performance Program Manager to build the operating rhythm that turns cross-functional performance data into routine management action.

You will partner with operational stakeholders to define KPI-based performance routines, shepherd the creation of reports and dashboards, facilitate recurring review sessions, and support ad hoc analyses tied to escalations and priority initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4+ years in analytics or related operations roles.
• Experience building dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL or similar tools.
• Hybrid work with regular interaction across operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Define, build, and maintain KPI-based performance routines across key workflows.
• Facilitate weekly and monthly performance management reviews with action ownership.
• Create, refine, and standardize reports, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics.
• Prepare materials for recurring business reviews and track commitments.
• Support ad hoc analysis for escalations and priority initiatives.
• Translate fragmented data into clear management insight.
• Standardize reporting definitions and data sources for consistency.
• Identify reporting/data quality gaps and drive improvements.
• Incorporate AI-enabled tools into analysis and reporting workflows.
• Help leaders move from reactive to structured data-backed performance management.
