Job summary

Responsibilities

• Calculate weekly and monthly performance pay for Service Technicians, Installers and Design Specialists.
• Review job costing reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Submit warranty claims to manufacturers as needed.
• Handle data entry and communications with customers to collect or resolve payments.
• Provide backup support for AR/AP functions as necessary.
• Collaborate with department managers on reporting and processes.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.
