Purpose of the role

To collaborate with stakeholders and use data and MI to identify process optimization opportunities for capacity creation.

Accountabilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness using data insights
• Participate in projects for performance and efficiency improvements
• Prepare reports and communicate findings to senior stakeholders
• Identify industry trends and recommend process improvements
• Develop analytics and reporting to mitigate risks and maintain operations
• Identify capacity creation opportunities using data and MI
