Join us as a Vice President of Performance Optimization Transformation and help drive process excellence across our USCB Operations team. In this strategic role, you’ll lead initiatives focused on cost savings, efficiency improvements, and automation through lean methodology. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate processes, identify improvements, and deliver sustainable solutions. This role is critical in optimizing performance and enabling future capacity across the bank.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategies to improve banking operations using data-driven insights.
2. Participate in projects to enhance performance and efficiency.
3. Create reports and presentations on performance and optimization, communicating findings to senior stakeholders.
4. Identify industry trends and collaborate across the bank for improvements.
5. Develop analytics and reporting to mitigate risks and maintain efficiency.
6. Identify capacity creation opportunities in operations using data and MI.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in process improvement, transformation, or operations leadership.
• Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build business cases for change.
• Ability to use data and MI for optimization strategies.
• Experience with automation, robotics, or AI-driven process enhancements is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior leadership.
