Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience managing or supporting paid media campaigns on Meta or Google platforms.
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize paid social media campaigns, primarily on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), ensuring they achieve set performance targets.
• Assist in setting up, optimizing, and auditing Google Ads search campaigns to improve key metrics.
• Track and adjust campaigns based on performance metrics, ensuring the best use of the advertising budget.
• Work independently to test and refine creative assets, ad copy, and audience targeting to improve ad effectiveness.
• Create and maintain performance reports, offering actionable insights to improve campaigns over time.
• Work directly with marketing teams in establishing objectives and goals for each campaign.
