Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 10+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with software development in a structured environment.
• Experience in systems engineering and/or enterprise tools.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate performance and operability methods tasks.
• Support development of NPSS Kernel/EMI and Core Library features.
• Support modeling across programs and own key processes like Automated Severity Grid and PSA Jenkins pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, methods, and digital teams to harmonize processes and deploy new capabilities.
