Job summary

PayLow Staffing is seeking a Meta Ads & Analytics Specialist to provide hands-on support with Meta/Facebook advertising, analytics, troubleshooting, and campaign management. This is a full-time remote position based in the United States, collaborating with our internal team to optimize tracking and performance.

You will manage campaigns, analyze KPI trends, resolve pixel and tracking issues, and communicate findings clearly to non-technical teammates, while maintaining independent work habits

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite.
• Experience analyzing Meta advertising data and analytics.
• Ability to troubleshoot Meta advertising and account issues.
• Understanding of campaign structure, audiences, ad sets, creatives, and optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
• Assist with Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Review campaign performance and identify areas requiring attention.
• Analyze Meta Ads reporting and key performance metrics.
• Help troubleshoot rejected ads, account issues, tracking problems, and campaign errors.
• Assist with Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Review audience, campaign, ad set, and creative performance.
• Help determine why campaigns may be underperforming.
• Provide clear recommendations based on campaign data.
• Work directly with Carolina and the sales team to resolve Meta-related issues.
• Help ensure leads and conversions are being properly tracked.
• Monitor changes within Meta's advertising platform and adapt when necessary.
• Document recurring problems and solutions.
• Communicate technical Meta issues in a way that non-technical team members can understand.

This position will work closely with our internal team to help identify and resolve Meta-related issues, understand campaign performance, navigate Meta Business tools, and make sure our advertising efforts are properly tracked and optimized.
