Job summary

MIRA CONSTRUCTION L.L.C is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead international lead generation campaigns for Dubai off-plan real estate. You will drive performance across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Snapchat, and other platforms from a fully remote setup.

The role requires 3–4+ years of experience, strong English communication, and the ability to collaborate with sales and creative teams to optimize targeting and conversions. Strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of experience in performance marketing or media buying.
• Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns for Dubai real estate agencies, developers, or off-plan property projects.
• Demonstrated success in generating qualified international real estate leads.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
• Solid understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
• Experience managing advertising budgets and improving lead quality.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Snapchat, and other paid advertising platforms
• Generate high-quality buyer and investor leads for Dubai off-plan real estate projects
• Execute campaigns targeting international markets including the UK, GCC, Europe, India, Pakistan, China, Russia/CIS, and Africa
• Manage campaigns for overseas property roadshows, investor events, exhibitions, and sales launches
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs including CPL, CPQL, Conversion Rate, Booking Rate, and ROAS
• Work closely with the sales team to evaluate lead quality and improve targeting
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and developers to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages
• Set up and manage tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion APIs
