Job summary

Rite-Hite is hiring an experienced Workato Developer in Milwaukee to support enterprise integrations and automation. You will manage incidents, deliver enhancements, and participate in strategic projects leveraging Workato, API management, and Reltio integrations.

The role requires hands-on development, strong problem-solving, and collaboration with business and technical teams to design scalable, maintainable solutions that maximize Workato efficiency and governance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Workato development experience.
• Experience designing integrations optimized for Workato task usage.
• Experience with API integrations and API management in Workato.
• Experience integrating or supporting Reltio solutions.
• Experience supporting production incidents and performing root cause analyses.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with AI capabilities within Workato, including Genies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support integrations and automations on Workato.
• Manage and resolve incidents and support requests in the integration queue.
• Identify root causes and implement permanent fixes to stabilize systems.
• Troubleshoot failures, performance issues, and data inconsistencies.
• Design enhancements to existing recipes, integrations, and workflows.
• Contribute to projects requiring Workato development and integration expertise.
• Promote recipes across environments with proper migration and governance.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements.
• Ensure secure, scalable integrations aligned with enterprise standards.
• Create technical documentation for integrations, APIs, and procedures.
