Found is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead day-to-day paid channels for our core weight care program and new health verticals. You will optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and CTV, turning performance data into strategic actions and guiding budget allocation.
You’ll shape testing roadmaps, collaborate with Legal and Compliance, and deliver reporting that informs leadership decisions and future investment, while staying ahead of platform changes.
Found is transforming personalized weight care with an evidence-based platform that combines modern medicine, behavior change support, personalized coaching, and a supportive community. Since launching in 2019, Found has served over 250,000 patients across the U.S., making high-quality, affordable treatment more accessible while reducing healthcare costs for consumers, employers, and payors. Backed by $130M+ from top investors including Atomic, GV, WestCap, IVP, TCG, and Define Ventures, Found is redefining how personalized weight care is delivered at scale.
You’ll join Found’s Growth team, reporting to the Head of Growth. The team owns how patients discover Found and decide to start their care, turning paid media into a reliable, efficient engine for member acquisition. Our work directly drives the company's growth and shapes how hundreds of thousands of women first experience personalized weight, metabolic health, and longevity care.
As our Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll own the day-to-day management of our paid channels for our core weight loss business as well as new verticals in women’s health and longevity. You’ll directly manage and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, CTV, as well as emerging and experimental channels. You’ll be the person closest to the numbers, turning performance data into clear recommendations that shape where we invest next and ensuring campaigns are optimized to company goals. You’ll also help build our testing and experimentation roadmap, so every dollar we spend teaches us something about how to reach people who are ready to change their health.
