As the Performance Marketing Manager (Attribution & MarTech) for Keen, you will sit at the intersection of media buying, marketing technology, and attribution. Working closely with our Director of Performance Marketing, you will be highly impactful by owning the tracking, tagging, and measurement infrastructure that powers our Paid Social and Search campaigns, while acting as the bridge between our data engineering and analytics teams. By blending a technical mindset with a sharp eye for data integrity, you will ensure every dollar of spend is measured accurately, directly scaling Keen's market leadership and helping more users find the guidance they need.
Please note: This role will require being in our SF office at least 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$130,000. In addition to competitive base pay, this role is eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for new hires in the San Francisco Bay Area. Individual compensation is determined based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
