  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets, bids, and targeting to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media.
  • Acquisition Marketing:
  • Drive user acquisition through a data-driven approach, focusing on key metrics such as CAC, LTV, and retention.
  • Identify and evaluate new acquisition channels and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering) to optimize the user onboarding and conversion funnel.
  • Develop and implement ASO strategies to improve app visibility and organic downloads.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize app store listings (title, description, screenshots, videos), and monitor app store rankings.
  • Manage and optimize Apple Search Ads.
  • Analyze and report on ASO performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Affiliate Marketing:
  • Manage and grow a VSCO affiliate program.
  • Identify and onboard new affiliate partners.
  • Track and analyze affiliate performance, and optimize campaigns to drive conversions.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive performance reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Provide regular updates and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on mobile app acquisition.
  • Proven track record of success in managing paid media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Strong understanding of ASO principles and best practices.
  • Experience managing affiliate marketing programs.
  • Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in the creative/photography app space or another app aimed at a relatively small slice of professionals and hobbyists is highly preferred.
  • Passion for photography and the creative community is a plus.
