Nailscamp GmbH, operating under Proglow and Ongle24, seeks a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid social growth across Europe. You will own high-budget campaigns, ensure data integrity, and drive robust attribution to maximize profitability.

Bring a deep technical toolkit (Meta, TikTok, CAPI), strong analytics, and an entrepreneurial mindset to scale CAC, ROAS, MER, and LTV. English fluency plus German/French/Italian is valued in a fast-growing D2C environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Performance Marketing / Paid Social in a fast-growing D2C e-commerce environment.
• Expert understanding of Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, CAPI and tracking setup.
• Strong analytical mindset; proficient in spreadsheets, SQL, and BI tools.
• Fluent in English with mother language skills in German, French, or Italian.
• Entrepreneurial drive with ownership and bias for action.

• Scale Paid Social: Take end-to-end ownership of high-budget performance channels across our European Markets
• Data & Technical Setup: Work closely with our tech stack to ensure 100% data integrity and robust attribution modeling.

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager with a deep expertise in Paid Social to lead our customer acquisition engine. You are not just a campaign manager—you are a growth architect, highly technical, and obsessed with unit economics, attribution, and data-driven scaling.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Social, ideally in a fast-growing D2C e-commerce environment.
• Deep Technical Setup Knowledge: Expert understanding of Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, CAPI, attribution models, and tracking infrastructure.
• Strong Analytical Mindset: You live in spreadsheets, SQL, or BI tools. You don't guess—you run hypotheses, design experiments, and prove outcomes with numbers.
• Language Skills: Professional fluency in English, combined with mother language skills in one of the following: German, French, or Italian.
• Entrepreneurial Drive: High ownership, bias for action, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
