Job summary

Everdrop is seeking a performance-driven Paid Social & Analytics Manager to manage our META ad accounts and support international growth from Munich. You will lead campaign setup, optimization, and cross-market reporting to drive customer acquisition and scale our D2C brand.

The role requires hands-on analytics, experience with META tools, and a collaborative approach to align launch strategies with company objectives. Hybrid or remote work within Germany is offered.

Responsibilities

• Manage META Accounts: set up, structure, target, and optimize META ad accounts across multiple countries.
• Plan & execute Growth Campaigns: create campaigns to acquire new customers in DACH, France, Italy, and beyond.
• Analyze & test: perform funnel analyses, A/B tests, and learnings using Tableau, META Business Manager, Motion, and Spreadsheets.
• Strategy: define bundles and testing strategies for product launches aligned with business goals.
• Report & optimize: coordinate performance across markets, contribute to OKRs, and provide data-driven recommendations to Management.

We’re everdrop – a fast-growing D2C brand on a mission to change the world of household and personal care. We’re looking for a performance-driven and analytical Paid Social & Analytics Manager (m/f/d) to manage our META ad accounts and support our international growth.

As a Paid Social & Analytics Manager (m/f/d) your main tasks will be:

• Manage our META Accounts: Handle the setup, structuring, targeting and optimization of our META ad accounts across multiple countries.
• Plan & execute Growth Campaigns: Implement and monitor campaigns that deliver growth and are aimed at acquiring new customers in DACH, France, Italy, and more.
• Analyze & Test: Conduct funnel analyses, A/B tests and creative learnings using tools like Tableau, META Business Manager, Motion and Spreadsheets.
• Strategy: Define bundles and collaborate on testing strategies and platform setups for product launches, ensuring they align with our broader business goals.
• Report & Optimize: Coordinate performance across markets, contribute to our OKRs, prepare reports and provide data-based recommendations to the Management.
