Allworth Financial is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to scale our digital acquisition engine across search, social, and programmatic channels. You will own day‑to‑day execution, optimize campaigns, and translate data into action to drive measurable growth.

You will collaborate with agencies and internal teams, monitor performance in real time, and push data‑driven improvements while maintaining brand consistency and clear reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Direct experience running SEM, paid social, and programmatic campaigns.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
• Platform certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint are a plus.
• Experience in either an agency or in-house marketing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into optimization decisions.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels.
• Monitor real-time performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Collaborate with external media agencies to ensure quality and brand alignment.
• Work with creative teams to ensure on-brand, effective ad assets for each channel.
• Partner with analytics to validate data and surface actionable insights.
• Maintain campaign tracking and reporting for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with adjacent channels to ensure consistent messaging.
