You will write headlines, captions, and ad variations, translating complex manufacturing concepts into clear, persuasive social messaging for engineers and procurement professionals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience writing performance-driven copy for paid and/or organic social media.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality social ad copy and the ability to create clear, compelling messaging from complex concepts.
• Excellent English grammar, editing, and messaging skills with the ability to communicate effectively with B2B audiences.
• Ability to simplify technical, engineering, or manufacturing concepts into engaging social-first messaging.

Responsibilities

• Write high-performing ad copy for paid social platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, and beyond across Xometry and Thomas.
• Develop headlines, captions, CTAs, and copy variations designed for A/B testing.
