You will craft short-form and long-form copy for emails, landing pages, paid ads, video scripts, and podcasts, collaborating with a cross-functional squad to drive engagement and revenue while maintaining Ramsey's voice.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience writing marketing and advertising copy.
• Portfolio of short-form work to demonstrate versatility.
• Ability to write in a conversational, human voice across audiences.
• Experience across paid and organic media, social, email, landing pages, and video scripts.
• Copy drives measurable outcomes like engagement, conversions and revenue.
• Familiarity with AI tools in writing workflow (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude) with real examples.
• Collaborative, cross-functional mindset with openness to feedback.
• Start projects by understanding the business goal, not just the brief.

Responsibilities

Copy that moves people to act is rare, and this role produces it. You'll own the writing for a close-knit marketing squad that helps people find trusted experts who serve them well, crafting short-form pieces like emails, landing pages, paid ads, video scripts, and podcast promotions. You'll build campaigns alongside marketers, designers, and paid media specialists, test what works, and sharpen your craft with performance data. The work matters because the mission does: every message you write guides someone toward the right help at the right time.

You're Probably a Match If:

• You have 3+ years of professional experience writing marketing and advertising copy yourself, and a portfolio of short-form work to show for it.
• You write in a conversational, human voice and can flex your style across audiences, channels, and campaign types.
• You've written across paid and organic media, social, email, landing pages, and video scripts.
• Your copy drives measurable outcomes like engagement, conversions, and revenue.
• You use AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude in your writing workflow and can share real examples of how.
• You thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional squad, give and receive feedback well, and don't shy away from healthy conflict.
• You start every project by understanding the business goal, not just the brief.

• Writing brand-aligned copy that captures Ramsey's voice, strikes the right emotion, and moves people to take the next step.
• Partnering with marketing and paid media teammates to optimize copy based on performance data.
