SECU Maryland Opens Doors is seeking a Performance Marketing Coordinator to support paid digital campaigns, tracking, and optimization from our Linthicum, MD headquarters. The role requires coordinating assets, monitoring performance, and recommending improvements to drive effective marketing results.
The position emphasizes adherence to regulations such as the Bank Secrecy Act and related guidelines, with a hybrid work arrangement and occasional in-office days.
This is a hybrid position, and this person will need to come into the office a few times per month. Candidates must currently reside within commuting distance to our Linthicum, Maryland Headquarters.

The Performance Marketing Coordinator supports paid digital campaign execution, tracking, and optimization by coordinating assets, monitoring performance, and recommending improvements to help drive effective marketing results.
The Performance Marketing Coordinator adheres to regulations and organizational policies, maintaining awareness and knowledge required to perform the duties of the position, including all aspects of the Bank Secrecy Act and related regulations, such as OFAC, and the USA Patriot Act, Fair Lending and Information Security.
Salary: Min. $51,200 – Mid‑Point $66,600
