SECU is seeking a Performance Marketing Analyst for a hybrid role in Linthicum, MD. You will evaluate marketing performance, work with cross-functional teams, and provide actionable insights to improve member acquisition and engagement.
The position requires 3–5 years in marketing analytics and proficiency with digital platforms. You will build executive-ready reports, support attribution models, and help optimize campaigns across channels.

This is a hybrid position, and this person will need to come into the office a few times per month. Candidates must currently reside within commuting distance to our Linthicum, Maryland Headquarters.

The Performance Marketing Analyst will use data, reporting, and market insights to evaluate marketing performance, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision‑making across SECU’s marketing channels. This role partners with marketing, digital, product, and business intelligence teams to analyze campaign results, improve member acquisition and engagement, and provide clear recommendations that help drive measurable business outcomes.
The Performance Marketing Analyst adheres to regulations and organizational policies, maintaining awareness and knowledge required to perform the duties of the position, including all aspects of the Bank Secrecy Act and related regulations, such as OFAC, and the U.S. Patriot Act, Fair Lending and Information Security.
Compensation Information: Offers will be commensurate with experience and education. Please note: The budgeted salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 per year.
