Qualifications

• Adtech /Media background experience.
• Effective communication, presentation, problem solving, analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills to understand data and apply insights.
• Motivated self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments.
• In-depth understanding of digital attribution solutions and performance marketing.
• Expert in the DR space and CPA/ROAS metrics.
• Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Account Auditing - Review accounts to diagnose issues and optimization opportunities.
• Identify & analyze Reddit Trends - contextualize advertiser performance with platform trends.
• Collaborate with Client Account Managers to understand campaigns and goals.
• Analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations with justifications.
• Document strategies, tests, and outcomes for future reference.
