Job summary

You will work with Client Account Managers to understand campaign setups, measurement frameworks, and performance goals, serving as an escalation point when targets aren’t met and translating data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Adtech / Media background required.
• Effective communication, presentation, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data.
• Self-motivated, thrives in unstructured environments.
• Understanding of digital attribution solutions and tracking partners (MMPs).
• Familiarity with performance marketing and its interdependencies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive account audits to diagnose issues and identify optimization opportunities.
• Identify and analyze Reddit trends, contextualizing advertiser performance within broader platform trends.
• Collaborate with Client Account Managers to understand campaign setups, measurement frameworks, and performance goals.
• Serve as an escalation point for clients whose performance goals are not met through standard optimizations.
• Analyze campaign data, ad products, and creative assets to identify improvement areas.
• Provide recommendations based on documented best practices and communicate implementation guidance.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations with clear justifications and expected outcomes.
• Communicate campaign performance updates and optimization suggestions regularly.
• Document strategies, tests, and outcomes for future research and continuous improvement.
• Report to the Senior Manager of Acquisition and complete assigned projects.
