• 3+ years designing and editing digital ad creative for performance campaigns.
• Strong portfolio showing video-first ad creative for Google, Meta, and TikTok.
• Hands-on editing of video content (not just from scratch) using Premiere Pro/After Effects/CapCut.

Responsibilities

• Design and edit digital ad creative with emphasis on video, GIFs, and UGC clips for paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and TikTok.
• Edit and adapt existing video, photo, and UGC content into multiple ad variations and formats.
• Use AI creative tools to accelerate production and testing.
• Partner with marketing and social media stakeholders to translate briefs into on-brand creative that drives performance.
• Think strategically about hooks, pacing, and testing structure; own the creative from concept to final asset.
• Collaborate with internal and agency partners to move production across brands and campaigns.
• Monitor dashboards and performance signals, iterating on assets based on results.
• Maintain brand consistency while adapting tone and format across platforms.
