Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment partners with a fast-growing consumer AI company to hire a Junior Performance Marketer focused on hands-on paid acquisition across mainstream consumer channels. The role is remote (Europe/Asia) with a path toward independently managing larger budgets within the Growth team, reporting to the CMO & Co-founder.

You will launch, test and optimise campaigns, analyse CAC/ROAS, and communicate results clearly. This is a B2B contractor engagement requiring fluent English.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Hands-on experience in paid acquisition or media buying.
• Proven experience personally launching and optimising campaigns.
• Experience with at least one scalable consumer acquisition platform such as Meta, TikTok, Google, Instagram or Reddit.
• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, conversion and commercial performance.
• Ability to clearly explain personal campaign contributions, actions and results.
• Strong testing mindset across audiences, creatives and campaigns.
• Comfortable working for an NSFW AI companionship product.
• Willingness to work on a B2B contractor basis.

Responsibilities
