Job summary

Astyra Corporation seeks a Performance Load Test Analyst for an 8-month contract. Remote (until further notice) with local work in Middletown, PA and occasional travel. You will define and execute performance/testing strategies across SAP, CRM, and analytics platforms, using Neo Load.

You will monitor metrics, analyze results, and deliver clear recommendations. The role requires strong experience with enterprise-scale systems and SAP CRM integrations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8 years of overall IT testing experience.
• 4 years of hands-on performance/load testing experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Neo Load required.
• Experience testing enterprise-scale applications with high transaction volumes.
• Experience testing SAP systems, CRM platforms, analytics platforms, and complex enterprise integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Follow SDLC and quality governance processes to ensure performance readiness across all releases.
• Define performance testing strategy, scope, workloads, non-functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Design and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing using Neo Load across application components.
• Execute end-to-end performance testing of integrations between CRM and SAP systems.
• Monitor performance metrics and analyze test results to identify bottlenecks.
• Develop, maintain, and execute performance test scripts using Neo Load and integrate tests with CI/CD pipelines.
• Support SIT, UAT, PI cycles, show backs, go-live activities, and hyper care with performance validation.
• Promote performance testing best practices and continuous improvement across programs.

Performance Load Test Analyst

Description

SDLC Quality Governance

• Follow SDLC and quality governance processes to ensure performance readiness across all releases.
• Define performance testing strategy, scope, workloads, non-functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Fully document all work associated with this position, including technical and functional designs and diagrams, test plans, test scripts, impact analysis reports, lessons learned, best practices for others to follow, and any other required documentation.
• Ensure documentation follows the required formats and templates.
• Adhere to established standards, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Performance Load Testing Execution

Design and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing using Neo Load across application components, including:

• SAP BRIM Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, FI-CA, and Subscription Billing.
• SAP Convergent Mediation (CM) for high-volume tolling and event mediation processing.
• SAP S/4HANA and supporting SAP modules.
• SAP Datasphere for analytics, reporting, and data integration performance validation.
• CRM applications, including Dynamics CE customer service and case management workflows.
• Middleware and integration layers, including APIs, batch interfaces, and event-driven integrations.
• Customer-facing channels, including web portals, mobile applications, IVR, and chatbots.
• Simulate real-world enterprise workloads, including tolling transactions, mediation events, billing cycles, payment processing, CRM interactions, analytics queries, batch jobs, and peak-volume scenarios.
• Validate system behavior under concurrent user loads, high-volume API traffic, batch processing, and large-scale SAP financial operations.

Execute end-to-end performance testing of integrations between CRM and SAP systems, including:

• CRM-to-SAP billing requests, account updates, and case-driven transactions.
• SAP-to-CRM financial updates, invoice status updates, and customer data synchronization.
• Validation of synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns, APIs, message queues, and batch interfaces.

Monitoring, Analysis, and Reporting

• Monitor performance metrics, including response times, throughput, error rates, resource utilization, and system saturation points.
• Analyze test results across SAP, CRM, integration, analytics, and infrastructure layers to identify bottlenecks.
• Prepare detailed performance test reports, dashboards, and executive summaries with clear go/no-go recommendations.

Tooling and Automation

• Develop, maintain, and execute performance test scripts using Neo Load.
• Perform API, integration, and data pipeline performance testing using Neo Load capabilities.
• Integrate Neo Load tests with CI/CD pipelines, where applicable.
• Establish performance baselines and support release-to-release benchmarking and regression analysis.

Collaboration and Delivery Support

• Support SIT, UAT, PI cycles, show backs, go-live activities, and hyper care with performance validation.
• Promote performance testing best practices and continuous improvement across programs.

• Experience with tolling, transportation, or public-sector systems.
• Experience with cloud or hybrid infrastructure performance testing.
