Job summary

Behavioral Hospital of Bellaire seeks a Performance Improvement (PI) Coordinator to support hospital-wide quality and performance improvement initiatives. You will conduct chart audits, manage data collection and reporting, and serve as the hospital’s Patient Advocate, addressing concerns raised by patients and families. Hours: Mon–Fri 8:00–5:00. Behavioral Hospital of Bellaire is seeking a Performance Improvement (PI) Coordinator to support hospital-wide quality and performance improvement initiatives under the direction of the Director of Performance Improvement. Key responsibilities include conducting chart audits, participating in program fidelity committees, managing data collection and reporting, maintaining tracking tools, and providing operational and administrative support to ensure program effectiveness and compliance.

The PI Coordinator also serves as the hospital’s Patient Advocate, helping address and resolve concerns raised by patients and their families.

Hours:

• Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience: Three (3) years’ experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting required.

Additional Requirements: Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft office and Excel spreadsheets.
