Job summary

TidalHealth in Salisbury, MD is seeking a Performance Improvement Director to lead the ongoing deployment and sustainment of the TidalHealth Operating System and systemwide improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role in the Performance Improvement department.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification preferred or must be obtained within three years.
• Project Management Professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and sustainment of the TidalHealth Operating System and systemwide performance improvement initiatives.
• Provide strategic leadership to a team of Performance Improvement Consultants and Specialists.
• Guide Lean, Six Sigma, and project management applications to improve quality, efficiency, and utilization of labor, supplies, equipment, and space.
• Establish and maintain a systematic approach to project selection, prioritization, execution, monitoring, and sustainment.
• Develop organization-wide education and capability development related to performance improvement tools and methodologies.
