Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of graphic and motion design experience for digital marketing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing static and motion work, including ad creative.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) and Figma.
• Experience designing for paid media (Meta, YouTube, TikTok) and web environments.
• Ability to design for performance and brand, balancing conversion with aesthetics.
• Strong layout, typography, color, and animation fundamentals.
• Self‑starter with excellent time management and communication.
• Bonus: 3D, UGC editing, or DTC product brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Create performance‑driven graphic and motion assets for ads, emails, social media, website, and landing pages.
• Design and animate short‑form video ads for Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with teams to brainstorm, storyboard, and execute campaign ideas.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across channels.
• Optimize creative for A/B testing and data‑informed iteration.
• Support packaging, print, and other brand collateral as needed.
• Manage multiple projects on tight timelines with high‑quality execution.
• Stay updated on design trends and platform best practices.
