Job summary

Temple Health in Philadelphia is seeking a Performance Excellence Project Manager for the Jeanes Campus to steward operational improvement initiatives from conception to completion. You will lead cross-functional teams and develop capabilities to sustain performance management practices across the campus.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) with 3 years of project leadership using PMP/Six Sigma, Lean methods, and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 3 years experience leading and executing projects using traditional methodologies (PMP, Six Sigma) required.
• General experience leading large cross-functional teams to successful outcomes preferred.
• General understanding and application of Lean, Six Sigma and Project Management techniques preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a steward of operational improvement and project initiatives.
• Identifies opportunities and leads, manages and executes initiatives from conception through completion.
• Builds people capabilities to ensure the continuous evolution of the principle of process performance management and techniques.
