Job summary

Temple Health seeks a Director of Patient Experience for Jeanes and Women & Families Campus to lead the patient experience and oversee training programs, reporting to the Chief Experience Officer. The role partners with senior leaders to design and implement initiatives that enhance care, service and compassion across Temple Health networks.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in a leadership role in Healthcare, Customer Service/Hospitality, Quality Improvement, Communications or other related fields.
• General Experience with HCAHPS, OAS-CAHPS, outpatient, behavioral health and oncology patient satisfaction surveys.
• 3 years experience implementing and accomplishing customer service improvements in a health care setting.
• General Experience working with patient satisfaction vendor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Temple Health patient experience operations and drive related initiatives.
• Lead training programs and partnerships with senior leaders to fulfill the mission of the patient experience office.
• Represent the voice of internal and external customers and collaborate with senior leaders, medical staff and departmental directors to ensure highest service and compassion.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Hospitality or other related field

Master’s Degree in Healthcare, Hospitality or other related field

Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
