Job summary

ATI is seeking a Performance Engineer at our Millersburg, OR facility in the Fabrication Department. This onsite role focuses on analyzing and improving overall equipment effectiveness, driving issues to resolution, and collaborating across functions to implement robust, data-driven improvements.

Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree and have at least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or operations with a focus on performance improvement, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Process, Manufacturing, Industrial) or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production, manufacturing, or operational environment focusing on performance improvement, continuous improvement, project management, or reliability.

Responsibilities

• Own and eliminate production losses related to utilization, yield, or uptime.
• Record, analyze, and interpret production deviation data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prioritize corrective actions to close operational performance gaps.
• Review daily operating logs to identify reliability issues and address challenges with teams.
• Partner with reliability engineers to improve equipment reliability and address losses.
• Lead RCA investigations to determine true causes of issues and implement solutions.
• Evaluate improvement proposals for value and alignment with business goals.
