DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Performance Engineer II to conduct studies that determine engineered labor standards and optimize operations across facilities. You will implement LM, perform time studies, and train teams on LMS usage to improve efficiency.

The role includes site audits, project management, and collaboration with operations to drive productivity, cost savings, and customer satisfaction. Expect significant travel depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Direct supervision and support in LM and engineered labor standards development.
• Experience with LMS usage, data review, and reporting on labor efficiency.
• Training site management, supervision, and LMS usage demonstration.

Responsibilities

• Implements Labor Management and engineered labor standards.
• Conducts time studies and methods analyses to support LMS maintenance.
• Trains site management, supervisors, and super-users on LMS usage.
• Performs site audits to ensure system compliance and identify improvements.
• Collaborates with operations teams to drive productivity, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Creates and distributes weekly and monthly project documentation.
• Facilitates monthly project reviews.
• Works with databases, spreadsheets, and related IT tools.
• Travel 50%-75% throughout the year depending on projects.
