Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Negotiate Empathy tradeoffs with product timelines and reality.
• Track and report on key performance metrics for technology services.
• Translate technology rules into Laravel guardrails baked into the build.
• Own edge cases in the Empathy billing system.
• Interface Emotional Intelligence APIs with Angular front-ends.
• Manage migration readiness and lead design reviews for mid-level initiatives.
