Responsibilities

• Turn Mentoring on-call noise into meaningful alerts.
• Own edge-case handling in Laravel billing.
• Stand up observability to detect failures before customers.
• Lead the Emotional Intelligence workstream to unblock the Beaverton roadmap.
• Respond to on-call rotations and participate in postmortems.
• Sketch and defend Tailwind CSS architecture, then implement it.
• Backfill Laravel test coverage in risky areas.
• Carry features from whiteboard to Beaverton production without drop-off.
