Qualifications

• Hands-on performance testing of load, stress and endurance tests.
• Experience scripting and executing tests with NeoLoad, JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Experience using Dynatrace, AppDynamics and Splunk for monitoring and RCA.
• Cloud deployments with Docker/Kubernetes and microservices.
• Strong Java or Python and SQL query skills.
• Experience with auto-scaling, chaos and failover testing.
• Clear communication and collaboration as an individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance tests (load, stress, endurance) for complex apps.
• Monitor performance with APM tools to identify bottlenecks and suggest fixes.
• Perform root-cause analysis using traces and logs to guide optimizations.
• Work with cloud deployments, containers, and microservices to improve scalability.
• Contribute to performance engineering best practices across teams.
