Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations, including shipping/receiving, inventory control, and staff supervision for a 10,000 sq. ft. facility with 5 direct reports.

You will establish operational directives, enforce policies, maintain safety standards, and assist across warehouse functions as needed. Responsibilities include optimizing processes using WMS and Epicor ERP, managing safety and ISO compliance, and coordinating occasional customer deliveries.

Qualifications

• 3 years of warehouse management experience.
• Experience leading a team and scheduling.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory record-keeping.
• Direct and schedule warehouse staff (3 shipping, 3 receiving), setting directives and performance expectations.
• Cross-train team members and cover tasks during high-volume periods.
