Job summary

Victra is hiring a Store Manager to lead a Verizon Authorized Retail experience in a fast-paced store. You will coach a sales team, drive personal and store performance, and ensure exceptional guest interactions. This hourly role includes training, leadership calls, and ensuring brand compliance.

You will manage daily operations, set goals, mentor staff, and maintain inventory and store standards while delivering world-class customer experiences and hitting sales targets.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Driving personal sales by following our EGET sales process.
• Leading your team by resolving customer issues and assisting with customer transactions.
• Setting and sharing daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams.
• Providing training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Running store operations – staffing, reporting financial and sales data, cash handling, and ensuring store uptime and compliance.
• Leading store merchandising and ensuring planogram compliance.
